If you have made this booking on the behalf of another person, please ensure that they are informed of our cancellation policy and have the hotel contact details. Cancellations: Cancellations must be received by midday 3 days before check in. If the room is not cancelled in time then you will be charged with any nights falling within the 3 day window. Re-booking for another date does not remove the forfeit for a late cancellation or no-show. The charge is made because your booking has prevented us from selling the room to another guest. Bank Holiday weekends/ Yorkshire Cricket dates/special event days in Scarborough have a 14 day cancellation window, we will advise if there is a change in policy. Parking: We are situated on the Crescent Gardens around which are Pay and Display parking bays. Hotel guests can buy a Scarborough Borough Council parking permit from Reception on check-in for £5.00 which covers all day the day it was bought until 1.30pm the next day. These permits also override the standard three hour stay limit. Our Reflections Restaurant is open 7 days a week from 6 - 9pm offering delicious fresh local food. We also serve bar meals in the Crescent bar from 12 - 2pm and again from 5 - 9pm daily. Coronavirus Policy: The Crescent Hotel is operating in line with all of the latest government advice and guidelines regarding Covid-19. We expect guests to also follow these guidelines to help prevent the spread of the virus and to keep The Crescent Hotel a safe place to be.

Additional single beds for children are charged at £20 daily per child/bed. Travel cot is charged at £15.00 per stay. Extra beds are not guaranteed and subject to availability, please mention your special requirements and we will do our best to accommodate them. If applicable, please let us know the ages of children. We accept well behaved dogs at a charge of £20 per stay. Any dogs staying must be mentioned at the time of booking as we have specially allocated dog friendly bedrooms. We reserve the right to refuse a stay if a booking is not made in line with these terms and conditions.
